BONNAROO UNVEILS 2017 SUPERJAM LINEUPS

Superfly and A.C. Entertainment are pleased to announce the electrifying eclectic lineup for the world famous SuperJam at this year’s 2017 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. An integral component of the festival’s history, this year’s Bonnaroo will continue the annual tradition with two unique SuperJam sessions, each boasting unprecedented collaborations between a remarkable collection of musical legends, rising stars, and iconic combos. The 2017 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will take place June 8 – 11, held as always at Great Stage Park, the spectacular 700-acre farm and event space located just 60 miles south of Nashville in beautiful Manchester, Tennessee. Tickets – including General Admission, VIP, and the brand new Platinum Pass – are on sale now, exclusively via www.bonnaroo.com.
The first SuperJam is called Preservation Hall Presents: The Soul Shakedown. A Bonnaroo SuperJam with the one and only Preservation Hall Jazz Band and featuring singer/multi-instrumentalist/Late Show with Stephen Colbert bandleader Jon Batiste with a genre-defying roster that includes members of The Head and The Heart, Sam Cohen, The Meters’ George Porter, Jr., Lecrae, Margo Price, Tank and the Bangas, Lukas Nelson, Nicole Atkins, Flint Eastwood and more.
As if that weren’t enough, The Bluegrass Situation Roots SuperJam will be hosted once again by Ed Helms & Friends. This year’s jam will see the actor/comedian/banjo maestro backed by the GRAMMY® Award-winning Bryan Sutton Band and joined by such stars as Martina McBride, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Greensky Bluegrass, Mandolin Orange, River Whyless, Gaby Moreno, Baskery and Lillie Mae. Additional special guests – both announced and unannounced – will take the stage during both SuperJam events, assuring two memorable sets full of surprises, musical discovery, and unexpected excitement.
The 2017 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will once again feature the wide-ranging scope of diverse artistry that fans have come to expect, with a spectacular array of musicians, bands, and comedians performing around the clock across 10+ unique stages over the four-day multi-stage camping festival. This year’s edition will showcase over 170 artists, headlined by Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Weeknd, Chance the Rapper, and, in an exclusive first-ever Bonnaroo headline performance, U2 performing a set that will include a 30thanniversary celebration of their career-defining 1987 album, The Joshua Tree.
