Country Radio Broadcasters Announce Recipients of 2019-2020 Scholarship Endowments

The Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. (CRB) has announced the recipients of two scholarship endowments, which were awarded to two deserving universities. The two endowments, valued at $50,000 in honor of Country Radio Seminar’s 50th Anniversary event, were given to Dr. Richard Robinson of The University of Tennessee at Martin and Dr. Butler Cain of the University of North Alabama. Each received a $25,000 endowment for the 2019-2020 school year.

Past recipients of the CRB endowment scholarship include Belmont University, Middle Tennessee State University, Texas A&M University, Central Michigan University, University of North Texas, Green River College, and more.A CRB scholarship committee was assembled to oversee the vetting of applications.To qualify for the endowment, applicants were required to fulfill the following: college or university accreditation; have a TV/Film/Radio or Music Business program; the school must be responsible for managing endowment, and for selecting deserving students to receive the scholarships.For more information, please visit www.CountryRadioSeminar.com.
