Lindsay Ell to Deliver Live heart theory Performance with #LiveRedesigned Streaming Experience February 12, 2021TH

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, accomplished triple threat musician, vocalist and songwriter Lindsay Ell will be performing songs from her critically-acclaimed sophomore album heart theory for the first time ever in a #LiveRedesigned concert experience on Friday Feb. 12, 2021.

With the live entertainment landscape in a dire place and no certainty about when live in-person events will return, Ell is excited to deliver the performance via a live, elevated streaming experience architected by Fireplay and supported by VYE and PRG. The show will not only allow the singer to bring heart theory to life for the first time since the album’s release, but it will also put a large number of live entertainment crew members back to work. Special guests performing with Ell are soon to be announced.

With typical touring models falling to the wayside, livestreaming has allowed fans a way to connect with their favorite artists and share in-concert experiences. The heart theory performance won’t be a typical livestream, however. The production quality of the show will rival the incredible arena shows Fireplay is famed for creating, with a few never-before seen tricks, featuring Ell backed by a full band in a cinematic concert performance that audience members can enjoy and interact with using Virtual Crowd technology from the safety and comfort of their home.

With so many live entertainment crews out of work now for nearly a year, the #LiveRedesigned experience uses social media to take viewers behind the curtain to see those who go without applause or recognition — but without their hard work, live events could never happen. The experience will offer behind-the-scenes access to the specialized skills, military precision, and exhaustive work that goes into putting on a live show. As the shutdown drags on, these crews still need support from the government, as well as the public, in order to survive until live entertainment comes back. As a leading design company, this is what Fireplay can do to support an industry it loves, and Lindsay graciously agreed to work with them to share this vital message.

The show will be a charity event, with all net proceeds donated to Crew Nation and other beneficiary organizations soon to be announced. Lindsay’s band and onsite crew will be paid, but all companies involved will be donating their time and equipment, while artist, creatives and management will be donating their time and services.

“To say that I’m excited to finally be able to play heart theory live for fans around the world is an understatement. I am so grateful to Fireplay, PRG and VYE for bringing this to life. More importantly, I’m humbled to be able to put my band and this incredible crew back to work and to raise money for some organizations who continue to work tirelessly to support the behind-the-scenes workers who have been so gravely affected by the pandemic. I hope this is a night of celebration and healing for so many. Cannot wait for music fans from around the world to join the show!” said Lindsay.

Tickets, which will be based on a pay-what-you-can model, are on sale now and available here. The stream will remain live for 48 hours after the premiere event.
