As it smokes up the Top 15 at Country Radio, Thomas Rhett’s “Crash And Burn” earns GOLD certification by the RIAA. The new track serves as the lead single from his upcoming sophomore release TANGLED UP (The Valory Music Co.) out Sept. 25.
“It seriously blows my mind to think half a million people have already bought ‘Crash,’” said Thomas Rhett. “Being out on the road with our fans all summer and getting to see them react to this song live has been incredible, and it’s making me even more excited to get new music in their hands.”
Thomas Rhett also celebrates Multi-PLATINUM (2X) RIAA single certification for “It Goes Like This,” which helped tally three chart-topping hits off his debut album, making him as the first male country artist in over 20 years to do so. As “one of country music’s most successful – and divisive – new artists” (The Guardian), Thomas Rhett continues to garner praise across the country as direct support on Florida Georgia Line’s ANYTHING GOES TOUR, before amping things up even further this fall as co-headliner of CMT ON TOUR: BRETT ELDREDGE & THOMAS RHETT – SUITS & BOOTS.
