The six band members of the Americana, Progressive bluegrass jam band formed in January 2001. They have made many albums since they came together. Their latest album, Railroad Earth, released in October 2010, has a collaboration of styles in it. The band presents sounds of the banjo, dobro, mandolin, flute, pennywhistle and acoustic guitars. Their twangy, blues voices compliment the instruments well in “The Jupiter & the 119” and in “Long Walk Home”. Other great songs on the album, Railroad Earth are “Black Elk Speaks” and “Lone Croft Farewell”.
