Casee Allen is rising quickly up those charts and folks across the country are falling in love with his music and soft spoken charm.
Releasing his debut EP “Double You” to high marks on the charts there are no signs of stopping or holding back. It’s plain to see the sky is the limit for this talented young man from Coshocton, Ohio.
The new EP debuted on the Top 40 country charts at #31 and on the pre-order charts at #7. It’s sure to keep climbing as it hits airwaves and local music stores across the nation. You can also get a copy at Spotify, Itunes, GooglePlay and the Apple Music Store.
We first spoke with Casee last year in October when he released “She Ain’t That Girl Tonight.” A song about true life events that took him in an entirely different direction but one that has deep meaning.
The title for “Double You” comes from one of the songs on the new EP called “Wow”, it’s a spin off of the letter W, get it? Double You…..
The flavor for this new EP is yummy. It’s fresh, bright and inviting. Allen expressed how he wanted this album to be fun and filled with lyrics that would make people laugh, feel good, and enjoy life. He spoke about while writing the songs that he wanted to express how each one described special things in his life, the fun quirky side, the real person on the inside, and the smiles that come with it.
Casee is currently touring across the US so be sure to check out the website to catch a show near you. He will be working with country artist Craig Morgan over the next two weeks and is also set to begin filming on a new video that we will announce to you as soon as things are wrapped up. Filming is scheduled to begin in just a few weeks. While we wait for the new video to be released you can still enjoy one of my favorites from Casee, called “Promise” and you can see it here. Boy does it ever tug at your heart strings. I love that little boy.
Casee is a family man and supporting family and friends is a top priority for this young up and coming country artist. He recently performed in Florida at a benefit to support a beautiful four year old little girl battling cancer. To show even more support for those who deserve an extra nudge in the right direction Allen will be returning to his hometown to announce the Casee Allen Scholarship Program at Coshocton High School.
He said it’s a honor for him to be able to give back to the community and to give the young people of Coshocton an extra boost in making their dreams come true as well. It was first discussed that the scholarship program would be for music but it was decided that the scholarship will include various fields and the choice of various schools to attend. After all, there are a lot of amazing kids out there with amazing dreams to live.
