His career has been a roller coaster ride with every twist and turn imaginable. His name….Craig Wayne Boyd, the season 7 winner of NBC’s “The Voice.” His dream….to have a hit record and a thriving music career.

His first appearance on “The Voice” was explosive and set the bar high for the other contestants. His ride had just begun. With each battle round Craig pushed forward and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt he is the next hit country music artist climbing the charts.

His recent debut at the Grand Ole Opry on January 2nd, gave so many the opportunity to see first hand the talent this young man has to offer. He has just begun and we’ve been given a small glimpse into the life and loves of a truly talented entertainer and gentleman.

I first met Craig in 2010 when he was playing the Alabama Line show’s in downtown Nashville with Wayne Mills; Craigs mentor and dear friend is sure to proud of his accomplishments.

Craigs gentle nature and the ability to talk with him so openly and honestly made my job so much easier; speaking with him about his love of music, his hopes for making a career in the industry and his aspirations of a hit record were clearly visible in his eyes and in his voice. Now almost 5 years later he’s making those dreams come true.

His current single “My Baby’s Got a Smile On Her Face” is available on Itunes, and you can visit his
