Luca Bash is not just any pop/rock folk artist, he is a genius when it comes to taking a song and baring his soul from the first note to the last. There is a particular darkness to the music…in an eye opening sort of way…but if you listen closely you can see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s impenetrable force within the prose stabs you with the light of truth.
Evergreen, timeless, without restrictions and totally honest. This album takes the listener deep within, within the dark crevices that we shy away from and within the reality of really seeing life and decay. Luca takes you deep within yourself.
Living in Rome and mastering his love of music, life has propelled him into a whirlwind career with opportunities to share his music in his own way.
You’ll find powerful emotions expressed eloquently through song. The fifth in the line of four previous EP’s “The Single Drop” may just be his best one yet. In 2014 Luca released Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key Black.

His new compilation takes a song from each of his previous albums and pulls together an EP of great magnitude; one that will be a keeper in your music collection for years to come. Included on this new EP is a new song called “Your Tomorrow.” ~ Let your soul unfold like a chestnut ~Luca Bash
One of Luca’s songs that does not appear on this album is “The Eighth Sin”….it is one of my favorites. It speaks of how we as humans are killing and destroying our homes, our future and the future of mankind. Today we are more for profit that life. Extremely powerful if you take the time to just listen.
Luca uses raw acoustic talent mixed with folky lyrical arrangements to bring folk rock to its highest level. His talent for stripping the lyrics down to the bare soul and expressing his artistic and powerful stories into an entirely new dimension.
Luca wine best song and best interpretation in an acoustic duo at the festival of Piombino in 2006 and in 2007 he won for best arrangement.
His openness and his honesty about bearing the truth of the brutal world and the bleakness found within, expressed in the song just may set him apart and put him well on his way to being an artist to be watched for 2016.
