Rax Xix is brilliant in his interpretations of his music and the stories he hopes to tell his listeners. He’s bright, fresh, and his music is as intoxicating as summer rain storm .

With his integration of a new style of rock this young man has not only opened doors for many others with a desire to express their talents in a new and exceptionally diverse way, he has also set the bar high for future competition.

Ras Xix “is” the diversity found in his music. The merging of world, rock, progressive rock, acoustic, and electronic, show’s the natural born talent this young man has and that he understands how to express it.

His music fits in to all the above categories. The versatility and the range is unlimited. Ras Xix has something for every age group. All production, arranging, writing, and performance of the vocals and instrumentation on this mix is fully Ras, accept for drummer Eddie Alvarez who made a guest performance.

Recently relocating to Austin TX and releasing his new full length album this past May 1st Ras is on a mission to reach as many people as he can with his electrifying sound.

While listening you’ll hear a touch of Incubus, and even a smooth taste of Soundgarden.

I highly recommend “New Religion” (https://soundcloud.com/ras-xix/new-religion), and of course the following links will give you an even greater perspective on this young man and what he has to offer. Amazing.
