With a resurgence of traditional country music in the mainstream, no one compares to the traditional sound of Randall King. His distinguishable voice is reminiscent to George Strait and Alan Jackson’s music that was released during the late 80s and early 90s. But he is not creating music inspired by 90’s-country, he was raised on it and lives and breathes it every day – and that, along with his distinctive sound, brought him across Texas to Warner Music Nashville. Randall made his Grand Ole Opry Debut in 2022 and released the album Shot Glass which garnered traction on the Texas Radio charts.
Shot Glass is an 11-song collection, seven of which co-written by King, centers around a night out at a bar, with each track representing a different point of view of those in the room. The album, which was produced by Bart Butler and Ryan Gore, was named to Billboard’s All-Genre 50 Best Albums of 2022.
With over 170+ million career streams to his name, the Pandora and Country Now 2022 Country Artist to Watch is looking to the anywhere-and-everywhere future with music that captures the essence of a Western poet who’s never been afraid to be himself. His jampacked touring schedule features headlining shows across the country, as well as opening dates for Jon Pardi and labelmate Cody Johnson.
